A fanless power extender that supplies additional power to the discussion chain, so the Bronx conference processor can support more discussion units over a loop-plus-star wired architecture.
Specifications as per the official Bronx datasheet (2026, Rev. A). Specifications may change without prior notice.
When the discussion chain does not have enough power, the BR-EXM injects additional power so more CU / DU units can be added. Its loop-wired architecture keeps star-wired reliability, with redundant loop cabling and up to 100 m between extenders.
| Architecture | Loop-wired, with star-wired benefits |
| CU / DU channels | 4 |
